About the apartment
Apartment 202 is a bright and modern 30 m² studio apartment located in the centre of the upper floor. It has a private entrance from the north side of the house and outdoor space on both sides, including a private balcony facing south.
The high, open ceiling creates a generous sense of height and volume, making the apartment feel particularly spacious and airy. Together with the natural light, this gives the interior an open and comfortable atmosphere.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large windows on both sides of the apartment bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day.
Although designed as a studio apartment, the layout offers the possibility of creating a separate sleeping area from the main living space.
